Refund policy
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges of items purchased on allthingspepi@gmail.com if they are requested within 30 days of the date your order was shipped.
Items must be unused and in their original condition.
The customer will be responsible for your return shipping cost associated with exchanged goods. We will only cover the cost if the item is faulty or if we have sent you the wrong item. Goods will not be posted until the original goods are received by all things PĒPI.
If you need any assistance please email allthingspepi@gmail.com and we will assist you in your return process.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Faulty Items
all things PĒPI will issue a refund or replace an item that has a manufacturing fault. all things PĒPI will cover all postage costs associated with returning a faulty item.
Refunds Following Printing or Modification
If a manufacturers fault is found following an item being heat pressed, all things PĒPI will replace the original item only. all things PĒPI will not be responsible for any printing, postage or any other costs or losses associated with modification of the original garment following purchase by the customer.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. The original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
